Falcon and the Winter Soldier Episode 3 “The Power Broker” in Madripoor (There be Spoilers here)

This is a really fun episode where the show really starts to hit its stride as the seeds have been planted and it now time to see what they grow into next. Before we get to the episode though we are treated to a commercial for the Global Repatriation Council with a tag line reset, restore rebuild that has the most generic look possible if only to contrast the truth we continue to see of what it really is.

The episode focuses more on the adventures of Falcon, Bucky and Zemo in Madripoor instead of John Walker and Battlestar and Karli Morgenthau and her Flag Smashers. We get just enough of John and Karli to move their stories forward while we are introduced to a whole new world of villainy in Madripoor.

Walker and Battlestar (cause I have no idea what his name is) are searching for the flag smashers in Germany at their last hide out and New Cap can barely control his rage as the person he is questioning spits in his face. John isn’t respected, he may be called Captain America but he doesn’t carry the respect that Steve does and showing that and their dead ends is the entire point of the scene.
